Add GitHub native code coverage reporting to CI

Replaces Codecov with GitHub's native coverage API across all three SDK libraries.

pytest-cov.yml

• Added --cov-report=xml:coverage.xml to produce Cobertura XML via pytest-cov's native reporter (trustworthy, lossless)
• Upload artifact step (Python 3.12 only per lib, skipped for fork PRs) to avoid 4× duplicate uploads per library
• New upload-coverage-python matrix job (one per lib) using actions/upload-code-coverage@v1 with code-quality: write permission isolated to that job

.gitignore

• Added coverage.xml, .coverage, htmlcov/
