This PR bumps pom-scijava to the latest major version (45.1.0 — released on 7/17/2026). The main reason for doing that is to support N5 version 4.x, which enables reading and writing sharded zarrs.
As part of this version bump, some dependencies needed to be pinned to a specific version or excluded. As part of the N5 bump,
N5Factory.StorageFormatwas promoted to a standalone class, so minor syntax changes were necessary.
