This fixes the i686 MSVC issue mentioned there: `.def` files accept undecorated names, but `.drectve` `/EXPORT` needs decorated symbol names. The public export name is preserved with `EXPORTAS`. It's worth noting that EII with defaults now also works on MSVC.
