Netbeans as a jruby_art ide

Possibly the perfect solution for windows users, no need for a separate ruby/jruby:-

1. Install netbeans

2. Download and install ruby-plugin

3. Download the jruby_art.gem (and do a local install)

Use --emacs flag to create netbeans compatible sketches (since jruby_art-0.5.0)
