rslogsors lintno longer eagerly loads@rsbuild/coreand@rspack/core. It addsrslogto the workspace catalog as a development dependency, allowing Rslib to bundle it into the CLI output.Performance

--warmup 5 --runs 40) andnode --run lint -- --helpto isolate CLI startup:@rsbuild/corerslogFull lint runs remain dominated by file scanning and type checking, whose variance is larger than this fixed startup gain.
