chore(release): 0.2.2 - #8

Three changes have landed since 0.2.1 — the release-path test run with pinned actions (#7), the security policy and disclosure process (#6), and a neutral example host in the base_url test (#5). No functional SDK change, so a patch. The bump is its own commit because the publish workflow builds from pyproject.toml: tagging without it would rebuild 0.2.1 and PyPI would reject the upload as a duplicate. _version.py moves with it so the installed package and the metadata agree.

Version bump for the 0.2.2 release.

The bump is a prerequisite, not bookkeeping.
publish.ymlrunspython -m build, whichtakes the version from
pyproject.toml. Taggingv0.2.2without this would rebuild 0.2.1and PyPI would reject the upload as a duplicate — a failed release that looks like a CI fault.
_version.pymoves with it so the installed package and the distribution metadata agree.
