Adding Usage page

Feedback:

1. Are we going to know the Type? (i.e. Rill Managed vs Live Connection?)
   

   

2. Should it say "Compute units" instead of just "unit" in the top level summary container for consistency sake?

3. In the Table, instead of "Slots" it needs to say either "compute units" or "units"

4. The "Manage" CTA seems to be redirecting to the deployments page.
