Upgrade Vite and Wrangler across both applications, including the matching Cloudflare deployment pins and Vite 8-compatible devtools plugin. Refresh the lockfile to incorporate the reviewed Dependabot transitive security and maintenance updates while leaving the React Router 8 major upgrade out of scope.

Resolve Sharp to the Miniflare-required 0.35.2 release so auto-image-converter and Wrangler share one native dependency set. This removes the duplicate Sharp 0.34.5 and libvips platform packages from the lockfile.

Context
Consolidate the reviewed Dependabot updates into one dependency PR. The React Router 8 upgrade is intentionally excluded because it is a breaking-major migration that should be handled separately.
