chore: fix package description, em-dash and stale scope - #125

Two problems in one string. It carried an em-dash, which writing-style.md bans site-wide and which brand-consistency.md names as the canonical bad example for this exact field. And "video processing" no longer covers the product: three of the nine live job types generate images rather than transform video. Now follows the brand colon format and matches the new slogan.
