…pment Bootstrap workspace-level agent context files for the cost-management workspace. AGENTS.md captures build commands, workspace layout, key conventions, and non-obvious architecture details (secure proxy flow, RBAC permission namespaces, filter injection, Orchestrator runtime dependency) that AI coding agents cannot reliably infer from the codebase alone. CLAUDE.md is a single-line @AGENTS.md import so Claude Code reads the same content as Cursor and other AGENTS.md-compatible tools.
