fix(testimonials): replace testimonial names with recode hive contributors (#1983)

📌 Description

This PR resolves issue #1983 by replacing placeholder testimonial names and avatar images with actual Recode Hive open-source contributors and project maintainers.

⚙️ Changes Made

• Updated src/components/testimonials/TestimonialCarousel.tsx:
  • Replaced hardcoded names and local icon paths (/icons/ethan.png, /icons/vivien.png, /icons/daniel.png) with actual Recode Hive contributors (Sanjay K V, Rohit Dey, Abhash Kumar, Aryan Gupta, Donald Anyamba).
  • Linked active GitHub avatar profile URLs (https://github.com/<username>.png).

🧪 Testing

• Verified testimonial card rendering across dark and light modes.
• Checked responsiveness and vertical scrolling animation.
