Fixed overlapping between testimonial and topmate card in Mobile view

Elements within the testimonial section and topmate card are overlapping with each other on mobile view .
Closes #1863

Changes Made

• h-90 was clipping the card at 360px but the content was taller on mobile, causing overflow into the testimonials section. Replacing with min-h-[360px] lets it grow to fit its content.
• Removed the h-90 from topmatesection.tsx
