docs: document lof and lot for Typst output - #2272

Conversation
The cross-references page only described LaTeX raw commands for lists of figures and tables, and the Typst page said nothing, although the options were already advertised for Typst. Quarto 1.11 makes them work for Typst documents, so the Typst page gets a section for them and the cross-references page points to it. The custom formats page notes the new template parameters, since a custom typst-template.typ that reuses Quarto's typst-show.typ fails with "unexpected argument: lof" when the option is set and the template does not accept it. Companion to quarto-dev/quarto-cli#15001

Document
lof: trueandlot: truefor Typst output, which previously had no effect even though the options were advertised for the format. Quarto 1.11 makes them work for Typst documents (quarto-dev/quarto-cli#15001, for quarto-dev/quarto-cli#14081).The Typst page gets a "Lists of Figures and Tables" section with the pre-release callout, covering placement after the table of contents, title customization through the
lof-titleandlot-titlecrossref options or the documentlang, and that subfigures are not listed separately. The cross-references page, which only described LaTeX raw commands, points to it. The custom formats page notes that atypst-template.typreusing Quarto'stypst-show.typmust accept the new parameters, otherwise Typst reportsunexpected argument: lofwhen the option is set.Typst books built on the bundled orange-book extension are not covered yet, since their lists still need an upstream fix; the docs for books can follow once that lands.
