What

Adds a README.md (the repo previously had none) for pureskillgg.github.io, the PureSkill.gg org GitHub Pages site.

Why

The repo shipped with zero documentation. This README explains what the five tracked files actually do, where the site is published, and how it is deployed — matching the concrete, lead-with-what-it-is tone of the other PureSkill.gg READMEs (defusekit / csgo-webapp).

Contents

  • One-line summary + What it does + Pipeline role (it is web-presence/infra glue, not part of the CS2 data/coaching pipeline).
  • Files table covering index.html, 404.html, CNAME, .nojekyll, LICENSE.txt by their real behavior.
  • Deployment via GitHub Pages serving master with Jekyll disabled, bound to the dev.pureskill.gg custom domain by CNAME.
  • Logs / Observability pointing at the repo's GitHub Pages build / Deployments status (the repo owns no AWS resources, DLQs, or Sentry).
  • Standard Contributing / License / Warranty footer.

No code or site files were modified.

Enrich README (what it does, pipeline role, jobs/resources, logs/observability) and add deep-dive docs where logic is intricate. Preserves existing boilerplate.
