Aarsh joined the Prysm team to focus on p2p networking and general protocol development, with previous experience as a libp2p contributor. He has taken on several significant projects in our p2p/gossipsub stack (Full PR listing):

• Participated in the p2p networking working group and contributed ideas and feedback to the development of the Partial Messages extension for DataColumnSidecars.
• DataColumnSidecar batch mode publishing (PR)
• Add support for detecting and logging per address reachability via libp2p AutoNAT v2 (PR)
• Contributions to stabilize test suite components that flake due to concurrency issue (PR)
• Redesign and rewrite prysm's gossipsub subscription and peer management code (PR)
• Owns prysm's implementation of gossipsub Partial Messages for DataColumnSidecars (too many PRs to link - see his full PR listing above).
