Add: GraphQL Schema Inspector & Query Studio

What does this PR do?

Closes #818

Adds GraphQL Schema Inspector & Query Studio (tools/graphql-query-studio.html) under the Developer Utilities category. The tool provides an offline GraphQL playground to parse SDL schemas (type, query, mutation, enum), construct multi-level query documents with variable inputs, and simulate API response structures without connecting to an external backend server.

• No JS frameworks or heavy UI libraries
• I ran node scripts/sort-norm.js data/tools.json to sort and normalize the tools registry
• I ran node scripts/build.js and verified the landing page renders correctly
