Add: Interactive Word Search Generator & Solver tool

What does this PR do?

Closes #781

Adds Interactive Word Search Generator & Solver (tools/word-search-generator.html) under the Text & Content category. The tool allows users to generate, interactively solve, and print custom Word Search puzzles with drag-highlighting, preset themes (Programming Languages, Frameworks, Animals, Countries), and solution reveal capabilities.

• No JS frameworks or heavy UI libraries
• I ran node scripts/sort-norm.js data/tools.json to sort and normalize the tools registry
• I ran node scripts/build.js and verified the landing page renders correctly
