Main fails
scripts/test-windows-full-manifest.py: #48 addedlast-newestto the root manifest after #49 introduced the parity check, and its CI ran on a head that predated #49. This adds the action towindows-full/herdr-plugin.tomlin the Windows form (direct argv, no platform gate) and updates the e2e action count. Second commit bumps the plugin version to 0.5.0 across the three manifests.refs #48 #49
