The guide only described the approval-gated Signal Transaction Scores tier, so an AI agent building a basic pay-by-bank or account-funding flow had no path to the widely-available Balance-only balance check and would default to /accounts/balance/get. Frame /signal/evaluate as two tiers of one integration (Balance-only, no approval; Signal Transaction Scores, approval-gated) and steer explicitly away from /accounts/balance/get for payment risk checks.
