Adds FastANI — fast whole-genome Average Nucleotide Identity. C++/autotools (
./bootstrap.sh→ autoconf). Deps: GSL + zlib; gcc/libstdcxx on linux. One fix:Makefile.ininjects amemcpy@GLIBC_2.2.5.symverportability hack that has no matching symbol on a modern glibc (breaks the link on all arches) → stripped on linux. The v1.34 binary still self-reportsversion 1.33(upstream didn't bump the string), so the test asserts the literal wordversion+ a self-ANI of a shipped 6 kbtest.fa(→ 100). Verified linux/arm64.
