Adds WCSTools (Doug Mink) — FITS World Coordinate System command-line tools:
sky2xy,xy2sky,imhead,gethead/sethead,getfits,scat,imwcs, … (51 binaries). Pure C, no external deps. Source = theolebole/wcstoolsGitHub mirror (Debian Astro maintainer's verbatim mirror of Jessica Mink's releases; the harvard.edu host has a broken TLS cert).make CC=cc— the Makefile writes intobin/but never creates it, so the recipemkdir -p binfirst. Verified linux/arm64: all 51 binaries build, version banners print 3.9.7.
