UDUNITS-2 — Unidata physical-units converter (
udunits2) + lib. C/CMake, expat. flex+bison+texinfo build deps (the git-archive lacks the generated lexer/parser + .info docs). Self-locates its xml db relative to the binary (no runtime.env needed, unlike eccodes). Verified linux/arm64: hours→seconds = 3600.
