- SCIM base URL updated to /v1/scim/v2/ everywhere (Phase Console display, Entra Tenant URL, Okta SCIM connector base URL, Okta troubleshooting tip)
- Rename "SCIM > Provisioning Logs" → "SCIM > Event Logs" to match the renamed console tab; same rename applied to the Azure and Okta troubleshooting paragraphs
- Entra setup: spell out the nested Manage dropdown navigation (Manage > Enterprise applications, Manage > Provisioning, Manage > Users and groups, Manage > Mappings) since these submenus aren't visible by default in the Azure portal
- Entra step 2: drop the nonexistent "Click Get started" instruction; flip the Provisioning Status switch under Manage > Provisioning instead of clicking a missing "Start provisioning" button
- Entra attribute mapping tables: flip column order to "customappsso Attribute" first, matching Entra's UI; add Matching precedence column (userName=1 for users, displayName=1 for groups); annotate Mapping Type column as "(click Edit to see)" since the value is hidden behind an edit dialog
- Add inline note that attribute mappings may stay locked until the page is refreshed after saving the provisioning configuration
- Okta setup: default to attaching SCIM to the existing Phase OIDC app rather than creating a new SWA "bookmark" app — one app handles both SSO and provisioning, fewer assignments to maintain
- Teams: rename the "Add apps" step to "Manage app access" (matches the actual button); describe the "N App(s) Unavailable" disclosure for non-SSE apps and the "All environments" toggle; correct the "Updating environment access" flow to use the same dialog instead of the per-row Manage link (which navigates to the app page, not an inline editor)
