Summary: Materialize preprocessor virtual sources into VFS as PreprocVirtual files. Collapse source range mapping toward FileId plus TextRange. Remove the display-only virtual source state. Update HIR and IDE fixtures for manifest predefine navigation. Validation: cargo fmt all check, cargo build, cargo test for hir ide syntax preproc, cargo clippy workspace all targets warnings denied, cargo xtask check-config-artifacts, git diff check. Notes: rg VirtualDisplay has no remaining hits. PreprocSourceId remains only in the preproc crate and HIR internal adapter source-map layer.
