⚡ Bolt: Optimize session drawer render

💡 What:

Moved the state reset for sent and message out of a useEffect and into the render phase by tracking prevSessionId.

🎯 Why:

When session.id changes, calling setState inside a useEffect forces React to complete the current render, update the DOM, run the effect, and then schedule a completely new render pass (a cascading render).

📊 Impact:

Reduces unnecessary re-renders when switching between sessions in the drawer. React can now immediately re-render with the correct state before flushing to the DOM, improving perceived performance and avoiding visual layout shifts.

🔬 Measurement:

Verified via eslint which no longer flags react-hooks/set-state-in-effect. Can be measured by profiling React renders when selecting different sessions in the table.
