fix: align Ruflo provider routing with upstream

Summary

• align the Ruflo provider projection with the upstream #2962 fix released in 3.38.8
• preserve provider-native model identifiers and Ollama endpoints
• distinguish provider registration, runtime selection, and observed execution in status, docs, and Dashboard
• document the complete OpenRouter direct-agent and OpenCode/ak run user paths

Verification

• pnpm run check
• Agentic QE SAST: no vulnerabilities
• live Ruflo 3.38.20 execution served z-ai/glm-5.2 through OpenRouter
• PR 179 patch applies cleanly on top of this branch
