Any chance these could be updated to use PGML? There's a lot of old coding techniques in these.

It wouldn't be hard to update these, they appear to be very simple, although updating the graphics to TikZ would take some work. I checked and found zero other problems in Contrib or OPL that have the tag ## Language(es) to indicate that they are in Spanish. Did Sr. Florez say what they would be used for? I can only read a little bit of Spanish but from what I can tell these look like K-12 school problems. He proposes to put them in a folder called "prebasica" (in English, "pre-basic").
Also the Dsubject, DBchapter, DBsection tags are in Spanish. For the Library Browser those tags might need to be in English, unless there's a better way of swapping languages in the Library Browser.

@drdrew42 @gajennings I think this would be good to get in and I've gotten through about half of them converting to PGML. I'll finish that up and then put a PR in with conversions.

@drdrew42 I have finished converting these and wondering if I should make a PR to this one or I can merge this and then post a new PR with the converted problems. I have run through a lot of tests, but would be good if someone else could take a look at these.
