Pin GitHub Actions to full commit SHAs in build.yml to resolve zizmor static analysis failures (unpinned-uses rule): - Pin jlumbroso/free-disk-space to SHA 54081f138730dfa15788a46383842cd2f914a1be (v1.3.1) - Pin actions/upload-artifact to SHA 043fb46d1a93c77aae656e7c1c64a875d1fc6a0a (v7.0.1) Also add explicit top-level read-only permissions and set persist-credentials to false in actions/checkout step to satisfy zizmor security recommendations.
