Additional information:
Internal Claude skills for testing with RHCL documentation. These skills are being ported in from the private Kuadrant developer tools repository. The review is a sanity check (that I won't break the repo; that the folder structure looks reasonable, etc.). Reviewing the skills themselves is out of scope.

can be updated according to https://github.com/Kuadrant/dev-team-plugin/pull/44#event-26274565944

Add port-docs-to-downstream skill for converting upstream Kuadrant
documentation to Red Hat Connectivity Link (RHCL) downstream format.
This skill applies Red Hat documentation standards, IBM Style Guide
conventions, and OpenShift-specific transformations.

There's nothing here that can really be reviewed without testing. My only suggestion here would be to rename the commands if they're RHCL specific. For example, I noticed that the port-docs-to-downstream skill is just /port-docs-to-downstream. This is probably fine and no one else would likely use it, but if any of the other commands are RHCL specific maybe they could be renamed?

not sure if providing a link to - IBM Style: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/ibm-style will actually do anything (does it?) since we have to be on VPN to access it. For Cursor we've kicked around a few ways to get reviews done against the style guide, including downloading the copy in a certain folder and adding a line to the command so that it runs against that folder (rather than copying the IMBSG into the repo like I wish we could do).

Anyways this LGTM. Probably just let Kathryn know you're including this and get their ack.
