Description

Add interpolation-based fission yield binning in depletion

• Introduced a new helper for fission yield processing that bins tallies by interpolating neutron energies onto a user-defined energy grid, to
• Added support for both log-linear and linear-linear interpolation schemes to improve flexibility in energy-dependent yield treatment
• Modified unit tests in test_deplete_fission_yields.py to validate the new interpolation behavior
