This pull request fixes
remove_all_tools()leavingprogramandprogram_outputitems in replayed input history while removing their program-owned tool calls and outputs. This produced an incomplete Programmatic Tool Calling transcript when a prior run was replayed through a filtered handoff.The filter now removes the complete programmatic transcript and includes regression coverage for raw replay history.
