- Be respectful, constructive, and specific.
- Welcome questions and different levels of experience.
- Focus criticism on ideas and observable behavior, not people.
- Respect privacy and avoid publishing credentials or personal information.
- Accept responsibility, apologize, and learn when mistakes happen.
Harassment, threats, discriminatory language, sexualized attention, deliberate intimidation, and sustained disruption are not acceptable in project spaces or when representing OpenRec publicly.
Report conduct concerns privately to the organization maintainers through the contact method listed on the OpenRec organization profile. Maintainers may edit or remove content, issue warnings, temporarily restrict participation, or permanently ban participants. Reports will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and conflicts of interest will be avoided where possible.
