Add Work with me page

What changed

• Added /work-with-me/ as a top-level site page
• Added clear Build, Automate and Rescue entry points
• Added USD starting ranges as a project filter
• Added selected technical work, a simple delivery process and direct email CTAs
• Reworked the page around the existing Chirpy typography and color system
• Replaced Bootstrap button colors and accidental Markdown tables with a neutral editorial layout

Why

The existing site shows engineering depth, but it does not give web, automation or repair clients a clear way to understand the offer and start a paid project.

Checks

• Branch starts from current main
• Existing pages are unchanged
• No separate color palette is introduced
• The page uses the current theme text, muted text and border variables
• Front matter, section links and email links checked
• Responsive service and process layouts included
