@stepperpig don't forget to update the example screenshot, it still shows symbols in the comparison operator drop-down; also consider adding a screenshot of the ★ leads smart button. otherwise LGTM!

Description
This PR updates the 'Create leads from events' page to reflect 19.0 updates to Lead Generation rules in Events. The biggest change is removing the 'Generate Leads' button from the event form and moving it into the (Actions) button.
