Adds Open Graph meta tags so LinkedIn/Facebook link previews show a proper title, image, and description instead of the broken preview.

Adds the sphinxext-opengraph extension so that LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms show a proper title, description, and image when the OHW website link is shared. Fixes the broken preview card currently showing "OceanHackWeek (OHW) #" with no image.
