Hi @dosumis, I added the added_by_HRA annotations to UBERON terms added for HRA in uberon-edit.obo as you suggested. Could you please review it? Thanks! |

Bare addition of terms with no content? Are these in a template?
@dosumis I added the 'added_by_HRA' annotations to UBERON terms added for HRA to the terms in the uberon-edit.obo. I populated a list of UBERON terms that were added by HRA before Dec, 2025. I used ROBOT to convert the annotations associated with these terms in the OWL file and merged to Uberon-edit.obo. I have attached the ROBOT template to this issue. |

@dosumis I have added HRA_uberon_terms.tsv file under template folder that I used to generate OWL file that have merged to the uberon-edit.obo |
