Overview
Adds a prod Cloudflare route for nodejs.org/llms.txt so requests are handled by the dist-worker, alongside existing root paths like node-config-schema.json.

This closes a gap from the earlier llms.txt symlink/worker support: the worker already resolves /llms.txt via R2 symlinks, but prod traffic was not routed to the worker without this wrangler.jsonc entry.
