doc: add BethGriggs to CITGM team

👋🏻 I’d like to request my CITGM access to be reinstated. I had it for many years through another GitHub team, possibly the former LTS team/parent Release team, but the team access seems to have changed so requesting direct team membership. I’m familiar with the repo and would like to help land PRs and review the modules in the lookup.
