useClusterIPfield ofUpstreamSettingsPolicyin the Upstream Settings Policy guide.The field shipped with the UpstreamSettingsPolicy useClusterIP feature but was not documented (the guide covered zoneSize, loadBalancingMethod, and keepAlive only). This adds a "Route upstream traffic to the Service ClusterIP" section with an example policy, verification steps, and a note about the load balancing trade-off and the Service types it applies to.
