gallery: add Parable Claude-Fable-5 agent-trace models (3B/4B/8B)

Adds the Parable model family — Granite 4.1 (3B/8B) and Qwen3 (4B/8B) fine-tuned on genuine Claude Fable 5 / GPT-5.5 agent traces (completion-masked SFT, replay mix, published corpus + evals).

Tested locally with the llama-cpp backend; tokenizer chat templates are embedded in the GGUFs. sha256 checksums verified against HF LFS.

I reviewed the four gallery entries and verified that each Hugging Face URL resolves and that all four declared SHA-256 values match the current LFS x-linked-etag. The entry structure is consistent with the existing gallery format. Two blockers remain before this can be merge-ready: the branch currently conflicts with master, and the commit does not satisfy the DCO check. Please rebase on current master, resolve the append-only gallery/index.yaml conflict by retaining both the newer master entries and these four entries, then add your own valid Signed-off-by attestation to the commit and force-push the rebased branch. Once those are addressed and CI runs green, this should be ready for a final maintainer review.
