The stargazers over time chart no longer renders because the previous provider is affected by GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the image endpoint has been moved to a working alternative that needs no API token.

The star history chart in the README is currently broken and no longer renders. This update points the chart image to a different provider that works around the GitHub stargazer API restrictions, so the graph shows up again without requiring any API token.
