Summary

Adds a ## Sponsor section above ## License pointing back to modem.dev with the canonical UTM tagging from the GTM UTM Tagging Strategy. Mirrors the same pattern shipped in modem-dev/slop-scan and modem-dev/baudbot.

Linear

GTM-30 — Add "Sponsored by Modem" section to glance-agent-plugins README with UTM-tagged link

Changes

  • ## Sponsor section above ## License with text link + dark/light Modem logo
  • Sponsor link: https://modem.dev?utm_source=github&utm_medium=oss&utm_campaign=oss_glance_agent_plugins&utm_content=readme_footer

Testing

  • Section renders correctly in GitHub markdown preview
  • After merge: confirm a $pageview with utm_campaign=oss_glance_agent_plugins lands in PostHog on the next click (low traffic — may take a while)

Related

  • UTM Generator row registered for this link (Notion)

Adds a `## Sponsor` section above `## License` using the canonical UTM
convention from the GTM UTM Tagging Strategy: utm_source=github,
utm_medium=oss, utm_campaign=oss_glance_agent_plugins,
utm_content=readme_footer. Matches the pattern in modem-dev/slop-scan.

Linear: GTM-30
