Summary

• bump all published packages and the Bailian CLI Skill metadata to 1.10.1
• add bilingual release notes for the latest Token Plan compatibility improvements
• document the refined Bailian Skill routing and Node.js 18.17+ runtime support

User impact

• Token Plan uses the current text, image, and dedicated video defaults
• local images work correctly for Token Plan image editing, image-to-video, reference-to-video, and vision understanding
• the Bailian CLI Skill distinguishes Bailian-specific work from ordinary host-agent tasks more accurately and avoids repeated consent prompts within an approved workflow
• published CLI packages support Node.js 18.17 and later

Validation
