docs: remove Tadas as WG Lead - #1493

Tadas Antanavicius (@tadasant) has stepped down as Registry Working Group lead; Radoslav (Rado) Dimitrov (@rdimitrov) is now the sole lead. Tadas remains an MCP maintainer and a Registry WG member, so he stays on the membership list below. This repo has no explicit leads list, so the leadership change is expressed in the existing README membership list by annotating Rado as WG Lead and listing him first. The canonical leadership record lives in the WG charter in modelcontextprotocol/modelcontextprotocol (docs/community/working-groups/registry.mdx), updated separately. Per discussion with @rdimitrov, removing my listing as WG Lead of Registry so I can free up some time to work on AI Catalog and Server Cards.
