Agricultural modules are accepted by non agricultural processes

Agricultural modules should only be allowed for processes involving some sort of farming or natural process.
This might need fixing in a different mod.

Any idea if this is an Angel's, Circuit Processing, or a Sea Block bug?

CircuitProcessing only changes ingredients and prerequisites so this might even be an Angel's issue. I cannot test that right now unfortunately.
This is the only place Agricultural modules are mentioned in the SB pack.

Happens with Angel's + Bob's aswell. Recipe & machine (Tin plate in a casting machine) both don't report being modified by Bob's at all, so seems like Angel's
