Upgrade agentic Kimi model to K3

Summary

• replace Kimi K2.6 with Kimi K3 in the Agentic Inference submission guide
• update the reference SGLang command, sampling parameters, model specifications, and accuracy thresholds
• allow the Kimi K3 DSPARK heads for SGLang and vLLM
• align the Kimi example YAML with the K3 workload configuration

Validation

• loaded kimi_agentic_benchmark.yaml through BenchmarkConfig.from_yaml_file
• uv run pre-commit run --all-files
