Completely refactored the project to provide the same feature set as the very mature node-semver from the javascript/node ecosystem. This results in the project essentially being a feature-complete reimplementation of node-semver in Java for Java 8 an d up.
It includes breaking API changes (although the new API is significantly more powerful), and full test coverage (including tests to ensure parity in results with node-semver).
