wire-runtime up to 6.2.0 is affected by GHSA-2ret-fjfw-q29p (stack exhaustion on deeply nested protos); 6.3.0 fixed it and 6.4.6 is the latest 6.x release. ktor-client 2.3.13 fixes GHSA-recc-r67f-j6h5. Both ship inside the built APKs. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Dependency updates for two security advisories in libraries that ship inside the APKs:
wire-runtime≤ 6.2.0 is affected by GHSA-2ret-fjfw-q29p (stack exhaustion when parsing deeply nested protobuf messages, fixed in 6.3.0). 6.4.6 is the latest 6.x release.ktor-client-core. 2.3.13 is the last 2.x patch release, so no API changes.Verified
