So... You realize this is all just Opstic's work (like, literally his exact commits that add RCS) but then some AI Slop Markdown files bolted on top? The good work (and it really is good work, that is actually running on real devices) was all done by Opstic in #3359 and #3360. Send a 🚀 react over to those PRs, and hope that they can be reviewed soon! |

This pull request combines the current Constellation and Asterism RCS-related work into a single testing branch and adds structured implementation and testing documentation to support further development of Issue #2994.
