Tooltips not shown

Describe the Bug
No tooltip is shown when hovering over any of the help icons.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Open Git Graph.
2. Right-click a commit.
3. Choose Cherry-Pick.
4. Hover over one of the (i) icons.
5. Note that the mouse pointer turns to a question mark but no tooltip is shown.

Expected Behaviour
A tooltip is shown.

Environment

• Git Graph Extension Version: 1.30.0
• Visual Studio Code Version: 1.125.1
• Operating System: MacOS 26.5.1

This happens with the merge and rebase dialogs too. I don't know of anywhere else that these icons are shown.
